Breakthrough T1D provides funding for research to find a cure for Type One Diabetes. And also provides funding for research for therapies to improve the lives of all Type One Diabetics. Breakthrough T1D also works to keep therapies affordable and available to diabetics.

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at Corvette Giveaway live events, (or) the sweepstakeswebpage located at: www.corvettegiveaway.org (or) the free mail in method outlined below. Entrants must be age 18 as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of The United States of America.The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Fairly Reliable Bob’s Inc. (Corvette Donor), Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. (the “Sponsor”), JDRF International Inc. (Beneficiary), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Idaho Diabetes Fundraising Inc., as final and binding as it relates to the content.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted in person, online, or by mail, starting on or about March 8th 2024 and ending November 14th 2024. All online entries must be received by November 14th 202411:59PM MST. The Drawing for the Corvette will be held on November 16th2024 at 12:00PM MST.You do not need to be present to win.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by doing one of the following:

A.Live Entry: Submit an entry at a live Corvette Giveaway event by making adonation and providing the required name and phone number to receive tickets.A $20 donation = one ticket, a $50 donation= 3 tickets, a $100 donation= 8 tickets, a $500 donation= 50 tickets.Donors who share a “selfie” with the Corvette on social media from a live Corvette Giveaway event will receive one additional ticket.

B.Online Entry:Submit an entry and make a donation using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes website, located atwww.corvettegiveway.org. A $20 donation = one ticket, a $50 donation= 3 tickets, a $100 donation= 8 tickets, a $500 donation= 50 tickets.The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified (donation will be returned) at the sole discretion of Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc.

C. Mail in Entry: (No Purchase or Donation Necessary).Mail a note or card to: Corvette Giveaway 111 N 23rd Street Boise, Idaho 83702. You will receive one entry for each individual envelope received by US Mail only. If you would like to receive a ticket stub, you must include a self-addressed, stamped, envelope for us to return your ticket stub. (a ticket stub is NOT required for you to win).The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Idaho Diabetes Fundraising Inc. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc.

5. Prizes:(You do not need to be present at the drawing to win)

A.The Grand Prize: The Winner will receive a2007 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. Theretail value is approximately $24000. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. The Covette must be picked up at its location at Fairly Reliable Bob’s Inc. 2304 West Main Street Boise, Idaho 83702 in person by the winner (or the winner’s authorized agent) within 10 days of winning the sweepstakes. Failure to pick up the Corvette within 10 days may result in storage costs of $50 per day. Neither Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. nor Fairly Reliable Bob’s Inc. will be responsible for the Corvette after 10 days.
Transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. (Sponsor) and Fairly Reliable Bob’s Inc. (Corvette Donor)to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

B. Supplemental Prizes:Vacation Package Vouchers may be awarded from time to time at live events as incentives to enter the sweepstakes. (No cash value.) The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation, airfare, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via phone and / or email to the phone number and / or email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' phone, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms:Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc.reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc. Idaho Diabetes Research Fundraising Inc.reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Disputes:THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAAND THE STATE OF IDAHO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Idaho having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
